Each line is hashed together with the hash before it (sha256(prev_hash + "\n" + line), UTF-8, lowercase hex; the first prev_hash is 64 zeros), so changing, removing or reordering any line changes every hash after it. Your browser recomputes the whole chain below from the published lines.
